The I-15 Express Lanes currently provide 16 miles of congestion-free travel in San Diego County. Upon completion in 2012, the Express Lanes will total 20 miles, all the way from the split at I-15 and SR 163 to SR 78 in Escondido.

Riding in a carpool or vanpool? Traveling on a motorcycle or in an approved clean air vehicle? You can use the I-15 Express Lanes, too – for free! Or hop aboard an Express Bus for a relaxing, quick trip. The I-15 Express Lanes provide fast, reliable travel for all modes of transportation.
